Keenitro, from the Greek κίνητρο, meaning "motive", turns your Jira backlog into a live internal marketplace. Leadership stakes capped credit budgets on real priorities, builders race to claim and deliver, and top performers split real money every month.
How it works
Every bounty moves through four tracked states, funded from a real budget, settled to real money. Scroll to see it move.
Two sides, one marketplace
Live standings
Net credits earned, ranked live. Everyone sees exactly where they stand before the pool splits.
Trust & audit
Every privileged action writes an immutable audit_events row. A Postgres trigger blocks any update or delete, so nothing is ever quietly edited.
Auth refresh tokens rotate under a row-level lock, so concurrent requests can never double-refresh and desync a session.
Nothing settles without a funder sign-off. Month-end settlement is a manually triggered, idempotent action, never an unattended cron job.
FAQ
Bounties are Jira issues, nothing new to learn. Keenitro reads and writes your existing backlog via the Jira Cloud REST API and layers the economics on top.
Log in with the same Atlassian account used for Jira (OAuth 2.0 / 3LO). Roles resolve from a configurable funder list, Atlassian groups, or Entra, whichever fits your org.
Each funder role has a capped monthly allowance. Unspent budget doesn't roll over: scarcity is the point, so leadership has to decide what actually matters this month.
Yes. The claimer can bring in collaborators and assign each a percentage share. Credits split by those percentages the moment the bounty settles.
A single Next.js deployable: UI and API routes together, backed by Postgres. Deploys cleanly to any Node host, including edge-friendly runtimes.
